Payment and Delivery


All prices exclude VAT. Delivery costs are calculated at the website order check-out and purchase process. Payment in full is required by bank transfer or PayPal prior to despatch. I will confirm receipt of funds and immediately release the artwork for despatch. Please note I do not accept credit or debit cards.

You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make via bank transfer or via PayPal. By placing an order you authorise me and third party service providers to charge your selected payment method for all amounts presented to you in the check-out and purchase process.

You represent and warrant that;

  • The payment information you supply to me is correct and complete.
  • You are duly authorised to use such payment method for the purchase.
  • Charges incurred by you will be honoured by your bank or PayPal (as appropriate)
  • You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices. If payment is not received from PayPal or your bank, you agree to pay all amounts due promptly on first demand.


Prices exclude delivery costs but include packing. I deliver to mainland UK and can deliver to multiple addresses if required. Delivery cost is advised during the check-out and purchase process before order confirmation. Please request quotes for deliveries to Eire, Northern Ireland and scottish highlands and islands (separately by email?)

I cannot be responsible for any delay in or failure of performance of my obligations under these terms and conditions arising from any event outside my control (for example act of god, government action, war, fire, adverse weather conditions, flood, storm, explosion, riots or civil commotion) failure of a third party or information technology, telecommunication services or industrial action.

In the event of a significant delay or failure, I will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay or failure. If you are unhappy with a delay which affects your order you may cancel and receive a refund for any artwork you have paid for but not received by contacting me. If you later receive your order after cancelling it and getting a refund you must let me know and allow me to collect the products received. It would be helpful if photos of the artwork could be sent with any notice from you.

You may cancel a contract affected by an event outside my control which has continued for more than 30 days. If you opt to cancel you must return any artwork already received as part of the event-affected order and I will refund the price you paid including delivery. Should you wish to retain artwork already received in part you will be refunded the balance after deduction of the price of the retained artwork.

Title and risk of loss or damage passes to you upon any transfer of artwork to the delivery service provider.

Right of Return and Refund

You have a legal right to cancel a contract during the period set out below. This right doesn’t apply if your purchase of artwork includes a custom-made frame or is a commissioned artwork.

Your right to cancel starts from the date when I confirm despatch and for a single artwork or supply order the period of cancellation is 7 days AFTER the day on which you receive the artwork. If you cancel the contract by email or other means please include details of your order to help me identify it.

If you cancel you will receive the price you paid for it but I may legally reduce the refund to you if the value of the artwork has reduced by your handling of it in a way not permitted by a shop eg. marks, creases.

If you have returned the artwork to me under this clause because they are faulty or mis-described, I will refund the price of the artwork in full plus any applicable delivery charges but not any extra costs arising if you choose a method of return that is beyond the original standard delivery charge. Please note I must first be allowed the option to collect the artwork from you.


The price of the artwork will be quoted on my website at the time you submit your order. Prices may change from time to time but changes will not affect any order already placed and confirmed by me. The price excludes VAT but includes packing. Delivery costs are calculated at the check-out and purchase process.

If despite my efforts the website price is incorrect I will contact you in writing (ideally via email) to inform you of the error and I will give you the option of continuing your purchase at the correctly amended price or cancelling your order. If I cannot contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, I will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as mis-pricing, we do not have to provide the artworks to you at the incorrect price.
